Payment & Pricing Policy

  • All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated

  • Pricing errors may be corrected without prior notice

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Standard NZ delivery takes 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated
  • Tracking details will be provided where applicable
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers

Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

  • Customers may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
  • Faulty products are covered by a 12-month warranty
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer's expense
  • GAJ Timmer NZ complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)
