Payment & Pricing Policy
- All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated
- We accept payments via credit/debit card and other secure methods through Stripe
- Pricing errors may be corrected without prior notice
Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Standard NZ delivery takes 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated
- Tracking details will be provided where applicable
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers
Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
- Customers may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase
- Faulty products are covered by a 12-month warranty
- Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer's expense
- GAJ Timmer NZ complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)
