Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

  • Standard NZ delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Rural delivery may take additional 1-2 days
  • Tracking details will be provided where applicable

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over $299 NZD. Standard shipping $15.99 for orders under $299.

Courier Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Window

Customers may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty

All smartwatches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@gajtimmer.online with your order number and description of the fault.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Water damage (unless product is rated waterproof and used within specifications)

Consumer Guarantees Act

GAJ Timmer NZ complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). This Act provides you with guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. Nothing in our returns policy limits these rights.
